Here is what you will currently be paying for:

A. Initital psychiatric evaluation, medications management, and psychotherapy

B. Follow up evaluation, medications management, and psychotherapy

C. Counseling/therapy - individual or group

Insurance

We are currently accepting clients covered by Aetna, Cigna, Humana (PPO Only), Medicaid (HPN & SS), Silversummit Ambetter, Prominence Health Plan, United Healthcare, and HPN/SHL. We currently do not contract with any HMO plans. We also accept self-pay, please contact the office directly to verify the cost. Services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance. Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card if you have any questions regarding your benefits/eligibility.

Payment Policy

It is our payment policy to collect the appropriate payment due from you at the time of service prior to being seen. This may only be your co-payment, deductible and/or co-insurance, but we do ask for payment before the time of your visit. We do not bill your insurance for these as it is your responsibility as the insurer. These are pre-set fee's determined by your health insurance policy. Reminder, when looking at your member manual you should be looking for "Specialist Co-payment" this is often higher then seeing your primary care physician so be prepared to pay more as determined by your insurance plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled initial psychiatric evaluation or follow up evaluation appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a "No Show Fee".

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Checks and cash are not accepted.
